All property details, including pricing, availability, brochures, and projections, are provided by developers, brokers, or third-party partners.

• We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of third-party content
• Listings are subject to change without notice
• Users should independently verify all information before making decisions

3. Role as Intermediary

VPS UAE acts as a facilitator and technology platform and does not:

• Own, sell, or directly broker properties (unless stated)
• Act as a principal in transactions
• Guarantee deal closure or investment returns

All transactions are strictly between users and third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform including logos, text, graphics, design, and software systems are the property of VPS UAE or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written permission.

5. Technology Services Disclaimer

Where we provide CRM systems or digital tools:

• Services are provided on an “as-is” basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation
• Users are responsible for securing their login credentials

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, VPS UAE shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Property transactions or investment decisions
• Inaccurate third-party listings
• Disputes between users and third parties
• Use or inability to use our platform
